Terms of use for DGActual data

DGActual publishes independent automotive retail data, including DARPI, the DGActual Automotive Retail Price Index, and the DGActual Review Index (DGRI). These terms govern how that data, along with the charts, indexes, rankings, and written analysis derived from it, may be viewed and reused.

Ownership

All DGActual data, indexes, methodologies, rankings, and related content are the property of Daniel Govaer and DGActual. They are protected by applicable intellectual property law. The DARPI and DGActual Review Index names, along with their scores and methodologies, are proprietary to DGActual.

Free to view

The data and dashboards are made available free of charge for individual, non-commercial viewing and personal reference. You are welcome to read, explore, and share links to the published pages.

Reuse and republication

Republishing, redistributing, or incorporating DGActual data, charts, indexes, or rankings into any product, report, article, presentation, or commercial offering is permitted only under both of the following conditions:

• Attribution. The material is clearly credited to DGActual, with a visible link back to the relevant DGActual source page.
• Written consent. You have received prior written permission from DGActual for the specific reuse. Requests can be sent to [email protected].

Automated collection, bulk extraction, or resale of the data is not permitted without a separate written agreement.

No warranty

DGActual data is provided for informational purposes and reflects the sources and methodologies available at the time of publication. It is offered without warranty of any kind, and it should not be treated as financial, investment, or professional advice.

These terms may be updated over time. The current version will always be posted on this page, with the date shown above.
